I was able to take Joanna out to breakfast this morning, we don't take enough time like this often. Well, this is what a Japanese Denny's looks like. We don't have Denny's here in Okinawa but this is the next best thing, it is called "Skylark Gusto". You see the sausage, egg, etc, but check out the little salad, and the big toast. You can either order toast or rice. I like the rice! Also, there is a drink bar, so you get "all you can eat" soup, coffee, juice, tea or soda. Pretty good price, pretty good breakfast.
My family and I moved to Okinawa Japan after Pastoring in Corona, California for 14 years. We started the church in 1991, and have a wonderful church family back in Corona. The reason for coming to Okinawa, is that we have a vision to start a Calvary Chapel Bible College and prepare men and women for ministry all over the World. We feel totally blessed to be overseas in Japan, and believe that this is just the beginning of what God wants to do here on the Island.
