Back in Japan

We made it safely back to Japan where we will be in Tokyo for two days at the Bible college. I will be leading in Worship at CCFuchu's Wednesday evening service. Then back to Okinawa Thursday.

In Okinawa: Happy Birthday Yuko!

Birthday celebrations in Okinawa are great! Good coffee, good cake, good fellowship. Yuko like all the other interns at CCBCJAPAN are such a blessing. We love you girl! Happy Birthday!

Brother Chris Nutt

As we attended the evening service The Lord brought to us this good brother. Chris has been living in Australia his whole life but he has only been living in Darwin for the past 4 years. This guy loves Jesus Christ and it was so evident just speaking with him. The Lord brought him to us to encourage us greatly. God bless you Chris, keep going forward for Jesus!

Multicultural Church

That is the name of the church that we attended this Sunday afternoon. They were celebrating their 19th year Anniversary. So they had lecheon, carnitas for us in California. It was a fun celebration, Asian food galore. A blessed evening indeed!

Gorgeous Day

The sun was shinning which has been totally different from how it has been all week. It is the wet season here in Darwin so everyday it rains and is cloudy. But there is a little tropical storm to the south of us and like in Okinawa the storms suck all the clouds to where it is. So.... We have some good weather. Praise The Lord!

We traveled a little North to check out the beautiful Sunset. Took some good pictures as we walked on the shore. It is so beautiful here.

Kangaroo!

I scared off the close one! This is the first time that I have seen them in he wild. Last trip the boys and I did not see a one. The first day with Joanna they were everywhere near the War Museum at the point. They just "hopped away"!

My favorite flower is the Plumeria and they are everywhere here in Darwin. Joanna did a great job of modeling for me.

Arrived Safely in Darwin Australia

We scored on the discounted fruit. At one of the local stores you can purchase all the fruit and veggies that you can put put in your bag for only $3.00! We are set! At least for a few days!

We made our first leg of the trip. We flew into the Philippines for a brief stop. Check out the cool stuff in the background. Got me some dried mangos and some Filipino Dessert.

The Meigide's

Heading to Australia

Joanna and I are heading to Australia via Tokyo. We will be at the campus for one day and then off we go. Please keep us in your prayers.

We are so blessed for our brother Yoshua as he heads to the Holy Land. He will be hooking up with Kiyomasa and his group. Be blessed my bro! To God be the Glory!

In Japan, on February 14th it is the girls who give the guys chocolate. The following month on March 14th is White Day and the guys return the favor. The boys were blessed! Thanks girls!

New Furniture in the Cafe

We picked up these sweet leather chairs at one of our recycle stores in Yomitan. It have been looking for something like this for years. We picked up a matching pair of 4. They are nice. Praise The Lord! Thank you Jesus!

The flowers are so beautiful, but they are not going to last long. The season comes and goes so fast. We gotta stop and take the time to enjoy them.

Tofu Cheesecake!

This stuff is delicious! Absolutely heathy! Mike Tamashiro' wife Naomi taught Kayo how to make it and she gave it to Andrew for his Birthday. Seriously! Delicious!

A Blessed Valentine's Couples Dinner

We had such a great time this past Saturday night at CCGinowan. The Couples gathered together for some good Mexican food. What a blessing. Paul shared in the Word!

Back to Okinawa

Ahhhh, back to the Nawa! Okinawa! So blessed to be able to visit the Bible College in Tokyo. But now back to work on the Island. "Lord, bless CCGinowan and CCBC Okinawa for your Glory!"

The island is so beautiful and when you are in the air you can really see it shine. Clean air, clear water, wonderful people. To God be all the Glory!

Saying Goodbye to my Sweetheart

Heading to Tokyo to the Bible College. I planned two months ago to be at the Campus to serve Zach with Orientation but this semester things kind of changed. All of the students will begin their semester in Okinawa and end in Tokyo. It will be a blessed time. So I will be coming in via Internet camera to share the devotion with the students. We have some ministry time planned in Tokyo so please keep us in your prayers.

A First at CCBC Japan

None of our Bible College Students have ever met a Sumo Wrestler here in Japan. Paige traveling from Tokyo here to Okinawa met him in the Airport. This is really cool! This guy looks tough.

Yes! Megumi

To God be the Glory as these guys and gals take steps of faith to leave the work place and become full time Bible Students. Megumi joins the ranks of a freshman in Bible College. We have a new crop of Japanese Students. Praise God!

Brother Brandon

Do you see the resemblance of Larry Torres? If you do it is because this is his son. It is a blessing that Brandon has joined with us this semester. God has great things in store for this guy. Please keep him in your prayers.

Naomi has Arrived

Our sister from Germany is here. Well, her family is stationed in Germany but she will be attending here at CCBC Japan. It is a joy to have her with us. God bless you Naomi.
