Surprize! Tako (Octopus)

In Japan Octopus is called "tako" not like a mexican taco, even though it is pronounced the same way. So when you come to Okinawa, if you order a taco, you are going to get a "tako" (octopus). Well, we were having dinner early on Tuesday, (Kayo and Natsuki come early because they teach Japanese at the Bible College) and there was a knock on our door, it was our next door neighbor. Her husband is a fisherman and he loves to bring us all kinds of sea fixins, so this time he brought us tako. They were so fresh, right out of the ocean. Segmon, Zach, Natsuki and Kayo dug right in. We were blessed this afternoon.
