Beach Baptisms

Sunday afternoon we had the opportunity of baptizing people in the South China Sea. We asked the lifeguards if we could baptize over in the corner of the beach and he directed us to a special closed beach that we would be able to have all to ourselves. So we took that as a wonderful blessing. It was great worshipping the Lord and baptizing those whose hearts were open for this special event. This is an amazing story; as we were baptizing people many on the beach were checking out what was going on, and there was this young Japanese couple who came and watched. Well, at the end of the baptisms, Yumi went up to them and began sharing Jesus with them. At the end she asked them if they wanted to accept Jesus into their hearts, and they said Yes! So Yumi led them to Christ! Afterwards she called me over and we talked more with them, and then I had the opportunity to pray with them again. Later that night, they came over to our tent area and brought a few friends with them. Please continue to pray for them that they would get grounded in the Word and in fellowship with us.
