This is a little known cave right in Yomitan Village. Here at this site is where a large group of Okinawan civilians commited suicide as the Battle of Okinawa began. Today, it is a monument for those who took there lives. If you double click on the video above, you will learn more about the cave. On Monday's we take the Bible College Students out on the island and teach them Okinawan history and culture.
