Tim Newell at Franklin Graham Festival

Tim rocked the house at the Festival last night. It was incredible to see him performing, as he shared his music through hiphop and rap. His Japanese rapping really touched the hearts at the OFGF. To tell you the truth, he was the best group that night. Everyone wants to see him perform again. He really touched the young people's hearts tonight. That is what Okinawa needs, people reaching out to the young generation of Japanese youth. In the center picture, you can see Tim at the center left, and him on the jumbotron to the far right. Everyone was blown away tonight. If you click on the upper right picture, you can see Franklin Graham and the people who went forward that night. In the words of Voonder "when Franklin had people pray outloud the sinners prayer, you could hear Japanese people all over the front praying recieving Jesus into their hearts. I got emotional as I heard them praying". I had the opportunity to pray for a lady who heard the Gospel for the first time, and came forward to recieve Jesus in her heart. Natsuki helped in translating what I was saying to her. A friend invited her to come, and she stated that they were always so nice and she did not know why. Now she knows, she stated, it was God in their hearts. Please continue to pray for the Festival, there are two more days left, and we believe that this is just the beginning of the harvest. We have been praying for a move of God's Spirit for over 5 years here in Okinawa. It is just starting to happen. God bless you all, Pastor Tommy
