All day trip to Nago!

Our last major trip with all of the Bible College Students for this semester. So we wanted to go out with a Bang! Since the crew from CCLivingwater is with us, it was the perfect time to head out to Nago. OCSI blessed us again with the opportunity to use the minibus, so we loaded up and headed out to different spots up north. We eventually landed at Nago Pineapple Park. This is always a fun spot. We ride in these pineapple carts (which drive themselves) and we learn about the history of Pineapple's in Okinawa. Interesting fact, pineapples were first grown and manufactured in Okinawa before Dole perfected the process in Hawaii. Because of his ingenuity, the pineapple business in Okinawa faltered. The highlight of the tour is "all you can eat" pineapple products. We ate Pineapple juice, cookies, pies, cakes, dried fruit, fresh pineapple, and even, chocolate pineapple. We all ate too much. After this, we headed out to Expo park and had a great time seeing all of the sea creatures.
