Awesome Sonrise Service!

Such a glorious morning. It rained and rained all Saturday night. Pastor Tim called me up at 5:30am and stated "are we still on". It was still raining and I told him to call me back at 6am. At 6 o'clock, Kayo calls me and tells me that the girls are all ready and it is not raining. I told her that we are "going for it". All the Bible College students were up, and we got ready fast. The streets and sidewalks were still wet when we arrived at Tropical Beach, but the Lord blessed the early morning. As the people began to arrive I was blown away thinking "Wow! We almost canceled the event". I almost began crying as a saw a woman that we passed way down the road, she walked all the way to the Sonrise Service. I thought to myself, we will not even walk down the street in America, and this lady walked for miles to this event. I was amazed at the work the the Lord did this morning. It was awesome! Thank you for all of you who prayed for us. I know with all my heart that our Heavenly Father answered all of your prayers as you have been praying for us here in Okinawa.
