Happy Birthday Joanna!

Joanna's Birthday is April 24th, but we celebrated it a day early. I took her out to her favorite Cafe (not the Koinonia Cafe) but the "Sometime Cafe" in Okinawa city. It was such a joy just to hang out with my Beautiful Bride. When you get a chance, please click the comment button below, and leave an encouraging Birthday greeting.

Beloved Mother in the Faith,

What an honor it is to know our Father in Heaven has numbered our days. Praise the Lord! He knows all the days of your life, remember He has written a love story about you in His scroll. Our Father will continue to show you His will in your life. As you walk each and every day with Him! May our Abba fill you with His Holy Spirit all the days of your life, fill you with such wisdom and knowledge to lead His Sheep. May the Lord meet with you each and every moment of your life. Your Bridegroom is close to His return for you “His Beloved” His banner over you is LOVE..... May you delight your self in Him and clothe your self with His word.
“The secret of the Lord is with those who fear Him, and He will show them His covenant. Psalm 25:14 Love you dearly Emma, B. Avila

You give new meaning to the phrase "Oldie but goodie" ;)

Now, do you have any of these problems...?

Reporters interviewing a 104-year-old woman: "And what do you think is the best thing about being 104?" the reporter asked. She simply replied, "No peer pressure."

I've sure gotten old! I've had two bypass surgeries, a hip replacement, new knees Fought prostate cancer and diabetes. I'm half blind, can't hear anything quieter than a jet engine, take 40 different medications that make me dizzy, winded, and subject to blackouts. Have bouts with dementia. Have poor circulation; hardly feel my hands and feet anymore. Can't remember if I'm 85 or 92. Have lost all my friends. But, thankfully, I still have my driver's license.

My memory's not as sharp as it used to be. Also, my memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

It's scary when you start making the same noises as your coffeemaker.

These days about half the stuff in my shopping cart says, "For fast relief"

--- THE SENILITY PRAYER : Grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked anyway, the good fortune to run into the ones I do, and the eyesight to tell the difference.

Love ya!

"Close to 50 years old"... hope that's an inside joke or something. Joanna, you are YOUNG. Not just saying that either, there's nothing about you that brings the word "old" to mind. (No punch line folks, sorry.)
Happy Birthday and may the Lord continue to richly bless you and sustain you as you follow His will. Ginowan's a better place for having you here!
Love, Treva (Mita Way)

Happy Birthday Joanna!

No "old" jokes from us...but it is funny how when you are young, 20 seems old. And then when you are in your 20's, 30 seems old. It is all a matter of perspective, I guess.

Anyway, best wishes for your birthday and thank you for all that you do. You are an encouragement and inspiration to those privileged enough to know you.

God Bless You!
