One of the cool things about Okinawa, there are always new places to explore. Yoshua took the Bible College Students to the secret river (Ganga River) up North in Okinawa. Most Gaijin (foreigners) do not know where this place is. Because of the local Okinawans who attend CCGinowan, they always take us to these places where they grew up playing. This river is also the home of the Ayu Fish (you got it, the same name as Pastor Tim's wife Ayu), Ayu means "Sweet Fish that swims in clean water". The guys were so blessed, and they had a blast! As you can see in the picture, they were jumping off the bridge, swinging from ropes, and also, face painting. Yes, face painting! Yoshua showed them how to rub different stones together and make a paste and paint different colors on themselves. Double click on the picture of Pastor Tim and see his face painted up. Well, these guys had a wonderful adventure.
