Satsuko and Atsuko (upper right hand picture) came over the house today and taught the students how to make Okonomiyaki and Takoyaki. What are they you ask; Well, the dishes are both originally from Osaka in mainland Japan. They are dishes made with cabbage, eggs, seafood and especially octopus (tako). It was so tasty. The students continually are introduced to new Japanese Okinawan dishes. Everything was so yummy.
