Today we took Tim out for a birthday lunch. We went to a local Okonomiyaki place. What is Okonomiyaki you might ask? Well it is mostly made up of cabbage, eggs and some flour. Add in the Okinawan spices and sauces and you have an incredibly tasty dish. The waitress comes and prepares the dishes right at your table. It was Yummy! Happy Birthday Tim, even though you are a quarter of a century old.
