The day turned out beautiful. It has been raining for the last two weeks, so we ventured down south to the Peace Park. This area is dedicated to remembering the Battle of Okinawa. We took some pictures, learned more about Okinawan history and visited the Memorial museum. We were blessed with our day out in town.Monday, February 11, 2008
Afternoon visit to Memorial Peace Park
The day turned out beautiful. It has been raining for the last two weeks, so we ventured down south to the Peace Park. This area is dedicated to remembering the Battle of Okinawa. We took some pictures, learned more about Okinawan history and visited the Memorial museum. We were blessed with our day out in town.

Wow, cousins, you're all getting so old. It brings a tear to my eye.....*sniff*. Anyway, miss you all and hope to see you soon. Maybe I'll take a trip down there sometime this year or next? I don't know yet.... P.s. this is Bre. :)
