We are continuing the upgrades on the kitchen at the Koinonia Cafe. We recently put in an A/C unit and the cabnets to the right will hold the range vents that will be connected to the bottom of them. After we connect the vents we can connect the gas to the units and we are ready to cook some great food. The students are looking forward to some pancakes, hash browns and yaki soba.
