Today Pastor Tim and myself were invited to be a part of a ground breaking ceremony in Okinawa. Our good brother Yonahasan who is a part of CCGinowan recently purchased and is building a huge house in the Nishihara area. Building a house in Okinawa is a wonderful thing, filled with many traditions. One tradition when building your house you invite friends, the builders and special guests to attend this ceremony. For Christians they invite Pastors to share the Word of God, pray for the building and the actual work. The builders of the house share a few words saying that they will do their best to build the best house and do it in a reasonable time. There is a lot of honor involved. Yonahasan is commited to using this house for the Lord's glory. It is a beautiful piece of property, the Lord has truly blessed them for His Glory.
