Today at Lectures in Ministry Todd Caplinger came and shared with the Bible College about his ministry in the Philippines. He have now been serving in that country for 2 years and has only begun to scratch the surface of what the Lord has called him to do. Todd is a former Marine and served here in Okinawa for 5 years. It was a blessing to hear his heart and the things that the Lord is doing in the PI.
