The Koinonia Cafe/Church is blessed in that we have a well in the downstairs back area. That means the water is free! The water can only be used to water the plants and in the restroom equipment. It is not treated so it cannot be used for consumption. The pipes are all there but we do not have a pump. The previous renters removed it because they are quite expensive. But in the long run it will pay for itself. So, we have begun looking into purchasing the equipment. We have already received some prices from a company but they are too expensive. I believe that we can install it ourselves, it does not look too difficult. Thanks to Max Crusado a while ago he put me in contact with a local contractor warehouse distributer where I purchase much of our home improvement items. But please continue to pray for us, we need the Lord's Wisdom in this new job.
