The lowest price I have ever seen! The other day in Ishikawa City we pumped gas at 83 yen a litre. That was an incredible price. Praise the Lord gas has been dropping. It is hard to imagine that in June we were paying as high as 187 a litre.Sunday, February 15, 2009
