On May 5th in North America we celebrate a favorite Mexican Holiday "Cinco de Mayo" (the 5th of May). Well, we celebrated in "Okinawan Style" with some BBQ Shoyu Chicken. It was out of this world! The beach was beautiful, the weather was perfect. A great time at the beach. In Japan, the 5th of May is "Children's Day", no matter where you were at, it was celebration time.Thursday, May 07, 2009
