Ira is amazing! He showed us how we can see the solar eclipse here in Okinawa by making a make shift viewer, he is amazing! (Check out the bottom picture, can you see the eclipse in the middle of the shadow?) There has not been a solar eclipse in Okinawa in 47 years, so it was a big thing for us. We stopped classes in the middle of the morning to soak in this special event. It was a lot of fun.
