This afternoon the students headed south to the tip of Okinawa. It is here that the Peace Memorial Park is located. The Peace Park is like the WWII and Vietnam Memorial in Washington DC. It is here that Okinawa remembers the Battle of Okinawa during WWII. It is a beautiful area overlooking the ocean. The Memorial Museum itself is amazing. You walk through the beginning of the war all the way to the reconstruction of Okinawa during the American occupation. You can listen through headsets in English or Japanese. The students learned a lot about the war during this visit.

Great to see such a group ready to do the Lord's work. Thank you to you all. I will be praying for you.
