Typhoon Lupit forming

Here we go again, another typhoon is forming out here in the Pacific. It is just in the forming stage, but check out its size! Looking big, and it projection is heading towards the Philippines again. The PI does not need more rain, they have been soaked by the last ones. But please pray for the safety of all people in its path.
