Waterspout off the Coast of Okinawa

This is one of the first recorded waterspouts recorded in recent history off the coast of Okinawa. Ayu warned us on FaceBook that their were tornado warnings for Okinawa. At the Cafe we kind of laughed and thought “no way”, but as you see in the picture it is true. On August 18th for about 5 minutes CNN reported and gave these pictures from an eyewitness to this event. Incredible! This was taken off the shores in Yomitan City, as you can see to the right, there is the OCSI campus. Awesome!
