"Sanzouku" History

Ok, here is the low down on the Sanzoku restaurant. "San" means mountain, "zoku" means pirate. So the restaurant is known for serving pirates who used to raid the people down the mountain. Because they were savages they used to be served on skewers. So the meat is served that way, like a savage. So were were savages served meat skewers.
