Focused Prayer

We spent the whole time in prayer for Mainland Japan tonight. We were really focused in prayer for all the Calvary's and vision on how they can outreach with God's love during this difficult time. Please join with us in prayer.

Tokyo Disney Closed

The earthquake rocked Disneyland in Tokyo. Supposedly the water is rising at Disney Sea. This is serious business, all transportation has come to a halt; trains, planes, etc. Please continue to pray.

Okinawa OK!

There was a few big earthquakes in Mainland Japan but we are ok here on Okinawa. We did not feel a thing. Please pray for those on the Mainland.

Testimony with Taliya

For morning devotions the different students are giving their testimonies on how they came to know Jesus. We are first getting to know each other. This is a great group of students.

The Birthday Girls

We celebrated some close birthdays this week; Amanda, Samantha, Hannah and Kiki all had or will have birthdays this week. Check out the crowd in the mirror. It is alway fun celebrating with a bunch of friends. Happy Birthday Girls!

Kiyo at Lectures in Ministry

Usually we have our lectures class on Friday mornings, but this week we changed the day because Kiyo is not able to be with us Friday but needs to be back home by then. The students were blessed.

Churaumi Aquarium

This is the second largest aquarium in the world, and the largest in the South Pacific. There are a lot of things to do up here, so we let the students rome free. Some head to the beach, some to the dolphin show and some just find a nice place in the shade to sleep. Ahhh, so relaxing.

You have not been to the Pineapple Park unless you have taken a picture on front of the pineapple statue people. We always like inviting people we don't know to "jump in" on the pict. Or we join in with them while we are taking theres. Either or it is always a blast.

Sweet Electric Car

Nissan has recently started shipping their electric cars to Okinawa and this sixth first one that I have seen. It had a plug in station right at the Pineapple Park and this car is beautiful. It is call the Nissan "Leaf".

Sea Grapes

At the Pineapple Park up in Nago the guys were adventurous and tried some seaweed. They call it the "caviar of the ocean" and PoOkela liked it while Martin could barely keep it down. Good job boys!

Birthday Breakfast

This morning Joanna got up early and cooked Hannah a birthday breakfast. It was delicious! Hannah and the family were blessed. Now for a big day up North.

Happy Birthday Hannah

It is Hannah's birthday today! I cannot believe my little girl is 18 years old. My mother was already married by 18 and so was my sister too. Not for this girl; next stop, college.

Chillin at Pastor Tim's House

We are traveling up to Nago so we stopped by Pastor Tim and Ayu's house. This was a lot of people. We had to leave fast because Tim had an English class to teach. God bless you Newell's it is always a joy to come and see you.

Kiyo at CCBC Okinawa

It is a blessing to have our brother with is here at the Bible College. He spoke at our Discipleship meeting and the students were blessed. Thank you Kiyo for a blessed night.

Leon and Naoko's Wedding Rehersal

Asa is the ring bearer at this special event. He is so excited to be a part. Also Pastor Rick's daughter Rebecca is the flower girl. It will be a blessed event.

Kevin from CCOkinawa

Kevin came and shared with us at our Lectures in Ministry class this Friday morning. It is always a blessing when he comes and shares with the students. Kevin and his wife attended CCBC in Murrieta so he is familiar hanging with the students. Thank you again Kev, we were all blessed.

Moses Missionary Application

Fun In The Son

It was a relaxing day on Okinawa. We took the Bible College Crew out for some fun. The weather was perfect! Some swam, some slept, some just frolicked around. It was a fun day!

King Kong Yakiniku

One of the best Yakiniku on island. Pastor Rick blessed all of the students with a delicious meal. Thank you Rick, the students were so blessed! It was a great Monday afternoon.
